It is the process of selling the assets and cryptocurrencies at a significant loss as you have already lost belief or hope that it will ever increase in price. When you have such a decision, you are conscious to sell all or a part of your held digital assets at a loss as the price has dropped to a point that you never believe that it can also go up.
