It is usually an investment strategy where an individual purchases something with the goal of reselling for a profit sometime later, usually in a very short period of time. In the context of the ICOs, flipping refers to the term or strategy of investing in tokens long before they are listed on aunty crypto exchanges and then quickly reselling them for a good profit when they start trading on the exchanges in the seconda]ry market. Bitcoin Flipping is a very popular term in the crypto space.
