It is the term used for relatively unknown low-cap coins having immense potential or are grossly undervalued. However, recognizing the potential gems can be tricky as there are no precise attributes that make up a gem, other than the fact that eventually it will pump. Some criteria that are taken into consideration while analyzing the potential gems such as volume, market cap, fundamentals and supply.
