Almost all Cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin are not completely anonymous. There are points to justify this. These Cryptocurrencies use long strings of numbers as the address but are somewhere possible to link an individual. Cryptocurrency like Monero have additional code that makes it really difficult to link addresses to individuals.
