A Public-Key Infrastructure or PKI is a framework including collection of the roles, hardware, rules, software and the processes for creating, distributing, managing, storing, using and revoking of the digital certificates. The PKI technology is also associated with cryptographic keys that enable encryption and serve the authenticated users and devices in the digital manner.
