Side Chain

It is a blockchain ledger that runs parallel to a primary blockchain where there exists a two way link between the primary chain and the side chain. This sophisticated cryptographic mechanism permits the tokens and the other digital assets to move back and forth freely from the main blockchain. Liquid Network is an example of a side chain.
