hey are simply the regular tokens that not only transmit the value they possess but also all of the information that is required to execute a transaction simultaneously. One of the ways to differentiate the regular tokens from the smrt tokens is that the former solely transmits the value while the latter in addition to transmitting the value contains the in-built programmability that manipulates the value.
