A liquid market is the one featuring a large number of the buyers and sellers. It is the platform where all the trades are executed at a low cost and with ease. This free flowing state of the market is termed as “liquid”. In the crypto market, the liquidity of an asset or a coin/token is referred to as the ability of the crypto asset to be easily converted into other cryptocurrencies or cash.
