Relative Strength Index (RSI) is a form of technical analysis that performs as a momentum oscillator measuring the change in speed of the asset price movement between 14 periods and is based on either the daily or hourly charts. The RSI oscillations are rated between 0 and 100. The sole importance of determining the RSI is to check if an asset is oversold or overbought.
