It is the acronym for “Return on Investment,” and is referred to as the ratio between the net profit and the cost of investing. This metric is used by the cryptocurrency trader for measuring the performance and the efficiency of a crypto investment or even to compare the various crypto investments in a portfolio. A positive ROI refers to the fact that the crypto investment is making profits while a negative ROI value depicts a loss-making venture.
